Private Ghost Hunts
White Hill offers private bookings for experienced teams of paranormal enthusiasts.
You and your team will have the opportunity to experience and investigate White Hill Mansion privately for five to eight hours overnight.
During private investigations, no other groups or visitors other than your team members will be in the mansion with you.
Friday & Saturday nights
7pm - 2am: $550 up to 10 people
7pm - 7am: $800 up to 10 people
We do not employ scare actors to jump out to scare you. White Hill maintains its identity as a historic site with authentic paranormal experiences.

Bookings
A 50% deposit is required to book your date at White Hill Mansion.
An invoice with your balance will be emailed to you. Your balance is due before your investigation. Your deposit is nonrefundable but is transferable to a new date.
A transfer request must be done at least 2 weeks from your investigation date to avoid a fee. Please understand that it is difficult to resell a date in less than 2 weeks time. If needed, you can contact White Hill at whitehillinfo@gmail.com
Check-In
Please arrive 20 minutes before event time to check in and complete waivers.
Building Info
Gates open at 7:00pm.
There is heat and electricity in the building, but no running water. There is a trailer on site with bathroom facilities.
Staff will be on premises, and you may leave at any time. You are not locked in.
Rules
No smoking or vaping inside the building or gate
Drugs and alcohol are strictly forbidden. Any
one under the influence will be asked to leave immediately
without a refund
Please respect the property while it is under restoration. That includes taking your trash with you when you leave
A few areas are forbidden. There are closed off because they are deemed unsafe. Please do not enter there.
No children under the age of 18 unless previous permission is given
